How long will it take my order to ship?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, taking 2-3 business days once processed. We aim to to send orders out within 7 days of purchase. 

All international orders are shipped via First Class International Mail. Packages will arrive to most countries within 7-14 days.
Am I able to return a piece after I buy it?

Yes, we are happy to offer exchanges on a case by case basis. Notify us immediately at returns@nikkijacoby.com as all exchanges must be approved and arranged in advance.

Will I get a refund if I return my order?

Please keep in mind each piece is individual as many of the processes are done by hand. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. 

 

Can I return a customized piece? 

No, because of the nature of customized pieces and the time it takes to create them, customized items may not be returned or exchanged.
