Standard shipping takes 2-3 days for domestic orders and up to 2 weeks for international orders. See the descriptions below for additional information on how items with standard shipping will be sent. If you would like insurance included for your package, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unless an item is listed as "Ready to Ship," it will be sewn to order and can take up to 10-14 days to ship. We are not able to offer Expedited shipping at this time. If you have questions about how long the current lead time is for orders to ship, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to give you an estimated timeframe.
All orders within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days. Every order will have a delivery confirmation number, which can be used to track your package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Standard shipping does not include insurance.
All international orders are shipped via First Class International mail. Packages will arrive to most countries within 7-14 days, but can take up to three weeks to arrive. Tracking is available and included for most countries. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Standard shipping does not include insurance.
We can not and will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the value of the package. This is illegal, and I can be penalized heavily for doing so. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country, and are therefore the buyers responsibility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because we are a small company, we cannot afford to offer refunds. It is our goal for you to love your purchase, so please feel free to e-mail us with any questions you have before ordering. We'll do our best to help you feel comfortable shopping.
We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit if an item doesn't work out for you. Notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org as all exchanges must be confirmed. For domestic orders, we will send you a printable pre-paid return label to ship your package back to us. International packages are responsible for return shipping, as we don't currently have a way to send international return labels. We strongly recommend adding Delivery Confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Please send the item back unwashed and unworn with tags still attached in its original packaging. The exchange or store credit will be processed once we receive the item. Shipping on your exchange/store credit item will be complimentary.
